
For any troubles caused by the defects of a product
which are found within 1 year after it is purchased
(during the warranty period), free services are provided.
However, in case the trouble is caused by a user’s carelessness,
the service will be charged even though the product
is in the warranty period.

1. In case a trouble is not caused
by the defect of a product as per the below:
A user does not fully understad the user’s manual so
it is necessary to explain it to him/her (to be charged
from the second time).
A needs to be re-installed because the installation
done by a distributor is wrong (to be charged from the
second time).
A product needs to be reinstalled because of moving.
A user wants to receive the service of internal cleaning.
2. In case a trouble is caused
by a user’s mistake as per the below:
A trouble is caused by a user’s carelessness in handling
or wrongful repair works.
A trouble is caused by a user’s moving the product
without any permit after it is installed.
A trouble is caused by the use of consummables or
optional items which are not specified by JRMed.
A trouble is caused by the repair works done by any
other engineer than JRMed Trade or its designated
engineer.
3. In the cases of the followings:
The warranty period comes to an end.
A trouble is caused by natural disasters (fire, flood,
salt damage)
The lifetime of consummable parts comes to an end.
