Power
Q. The power does not come in.
- Please check if the power
of the socket and the main switch work normally.
- Please check the fuse
out of the unit.
Spray
Q. The pressure of spray is weaker
than usual.
- Check if the knob for
the control of the pressure gauge is lowered.
- Check if each part is
loose when the spray is combined again after separated.
The pressure can be weak because air flows out through
this gap.
Q. The spray does not work.
- Check if the vial has
the standard capacity of a reagent.
- Once the air comes out
through the back of the spray, pierce the nozzle with
the needle tip.
Q. The spray
motor works, but spraying is not performed.
- Check if the vial has
a reagent.
- It can be caused by the
spray hose which is entangled or by a pulley which does
not go down. Put the hose in order and lower the pulley.
Q. It sprays like a water gun.
- Pierce with a needle
or disassemble the spray in warm water and then, sterilize.
Q. The spray sometimes malfunctions
while it works normally.
- In case the spray is
used long, it can stop for safety. Locate the spray
at the right position. Once it makes a click sound,
lift it and use again. It will normally work.
Q. It seems that the part that
the spray is pressed has a foreign material, and it
feels thick.
- The reagent can go
into it and become hardened, which can make the spray
feel thick. Put it into warm water for 10 minutes
and then, use.
Suction
Q. The suction pressure is weaker
than usual.
- Check if the knob for
controlling the suction gauge is lowered.
- Check if the caps of
the suction bottle and the auxiliary bottle are closely
adhered to the bottles.In case there is a gap, the
suction pressure can go down.
Q. The suction motor works,
but suctioning is not performed well.
- Check if cotton is
sucked into the suction tip or the hose is torn.
Q. When suction is used, it
smells bad.
- Check if there isany
foreign material in the hose of the suction and if
the suction bottle is open,
and then, cleanse the inside of the hose with warm
water.
Controller
Q. The control pad does not work.
- Check if the main switch
is on.
- Check if a blue lamp
is on the switch part.
- Check if it works with
a whistle sound.
Light
Q. The light arm moves too helplessly
or does not move well.
- It is possible to adjust
the smoothness of movement by controlling the knob
located at the joint of the lgith arm.
Please refer to the user’s manual.
Chair
Q. The foot switch does not work.
- Check if the switch
for the back of the chair works well. In case it does
not work well, check if the power is connected.
- In case the switch
for the back of the chair works, but the footing switch
does not work,
check if the footing switch is connected with the
chiar.
- In case the footing
switch works, but the joystick does not work in the
unit, check if the unit is connected with the chair.
- Check if the On/Off
switch mounted on the foot switch is on, together
with the fuse.
Q. The switch for the back of
the chair does not work.
- Check if the main switch
is on.
- Check if a green lamp
is on the switch part.
Q. The chair does not move in
a desirable direction.
- In the case of using
other manufacturer’s chair instead of the chair that
JRMed Trade provides, it can be difficult to smoothly
control the chair.
Q. The chair is completely laid
down and it does not come back.
- Check any problem with
the limit switch in the cylinder part and request
after sales services.
Q. It has bee used long so the
seat is damaged.
- It is possible to replace
the seat only so please request an after sales service
(to be charged).
Q. There is oil around the chair.
- Its cause can lie in
a hydrualic cylinder or a valve so promptly request
a service.
Q. It is a hydraulic type, but
it is noisy when it goes up and down.
- Check oil and operate
it frequently. Request an after sales service to remove
out the air from the chair.
Q. The chair gets laid down
when the Reset button is pressed.
- One of the functions
that JRMed Trade’s chair (JRC-3) has is that a user
can adjust the location of the chair when it is reset.
If the problem is continued, please contact the head
office.
Vision
Q. The device for light source
stops in the middle.
- In the case of using
the device for light source, it makes a lot of heat
so a fire can break out.
In order to prevent the device for light source from
being used long, a device for temperature limit is
installed.
In the case of inevitably using the device, turn it
off to cool down, and then, turn it on again.
Q. Images don’t appear.
- Check if the image
cable of the camera is surely connected with the front
of the vision.
- Check if the image
cable at the back of the vision is correctly connected
with other devices.
- Check if AV line which
connects the monitor (video in) and the vision (video
out) is correctly connected.
- Check the channel of
the vision (SV-250) and then, set at the channel to
which the camera is connected.
Q. The device for light source
does not work so no light comes out.
- Check if the LED on
the front works. In case it works, it means that the
lifetime of the halogen lamp comes to an end
so replace the lamp with a new one.
- Check the connection
of the power cord.
Q. The light is weak.
- In case the lifetime
of the lamp comes to an end, the light can suddenly
become weak.
Try to replace the lamp with a new one. If the light
is still weak, the product can have a problem so please
stop using it and request after sales services.
Q. The capture function does
not work well.
- Check if the footing
switch is plugged in the designated place of the video.
If the capture function does not work even though
it is plugged in, please contact the head office for
after sales services.
Q. When the product is used,
it generates heat. Is it okay?
- This product uses light
so light is accompanied by heat. From the back of
the product, hot wind comes out so don’t put other
instrument which is sensitive at heat at the back
or don’t block the ventilating opening. It can be
a cause for a trouble.
Q. The monitor power is on,
but the screen is black.
- Check the connection
between the cabe of the video handgun and the main
body.
In case the input terminal of the cable is bent, reconnect
the cable of the handgun
(in case itis poorly connected, it can cause noise
and image signals can’t go into it so no output can
be made. )
Q. The image looks misty or dark.
- Check the status of
the halogen lamp
(If the lamp is not on, it is time to replace it with
a new one. The filament in the lamp is broken off.)
In case the halogen lamp is on, but it is dark, check
the status of the volume control for the main body.
- Check the status of
the hand gun’s focus control.
In case a foreign material is found on a telescope,
softly wipe it out with alcohol cotton.
Separate the telescope from the hand gun and cast
on the bright locaton (fluorescent lamp or the window).
In case it still looks misty even after the focus
of the handgun is adjusted and the telescope is controlled,
the scope may be bent or the lens may be damaged.
Respiratory
Q. The spray pressure is weak.
- Check if “volume",
which constrols the spray pressure, is set at weak.
And check if the tank for a cleansing liquid has no
cleansing liquid.
Q. A cleansing liquid has gone
into the product while it is being filled.
- If water or a liquid
flows into the product, it can damage the product,
which can cause a fire or electric shock so cut off
the power and contact a service engineer.
Q. The timer lamp is not on.
- Check if the power
is connected.
- Check the fuse.
- Check if the power
switch is on.
Q. How to change the setting for
timer?
- Press the Reset button
for 5 seconds. With the Reset button pressed, wait
until a buzzor sounds.
When a buzzor sounds, take off the button. Whenever
pressing the button again, it goes up by 1 minute.
It is possible to set from 1 to 30 minutes.
Q. When the On/Off button of
the timer is pressed, the time indicates '00' and
the timer does not work.
- The set program for
the timer is deleted so please reset the time.
Wall Type Unit
Q. Please provide some special
notes for using the product.
- Dropping or giving
serious shock is dangerous.
The spring-type cable should not be entangled.
Have a spare standard lamp all the time.
Q. How to change the setting
for timer?
- Press the Start button
for 5 seconds. With the Start button pressed, wait
until a buzzor sounds.
When a buzzor sounds, take off the button. Whenever
pressing the button again, the red LED goes up by
1 minute.
It is possible to set from 1 to 6 minutes. Once the
time is set, wait for 5 seconds, and it will be automatically
saved.
